Deformable plastic sheets are simultaneously shaped on a common mould into shell shaped elements and without removing them from the matrix at least two of the superimposed elements are pressed and sealed together with the aid of the mould press plates. Pref. a double sided press die can be driven in and out from between the press plates. The plastic parts are fibre-reinforced on the inside.
