SUBSTANCE: transformable electric chamber furnace includes metal body consisting of three parts; hearth and roof parts are made in form of self-contained heating modules with heat-insulating lining and electric resistance heaters; roof portion is provided with lined dampers on both ends to ensure effective use of mechanical devices used for charging and removal of parts; working space is increased due to installation of spacer module between hearth and roof parts; inner side of spacer module is provided with shields for reflecting thermal energy flux from hearts and roof, thus reducing losses of heat through brickwork and directing reflected thermal energy fluxes to parts performing function of "passive reflecting heaters".
