PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adjuvant for rinsing, capable of sufficiently manifesting effects for rinsing tableware or the like without generating green rust water or a solid green rust compound, and useful for washing in an automatic washer by using a fatty acid ester of a polyglycerol as a principal ingredient, and mixing the ester with a gluconate in a specific amount. SOLUTION: This adjuvant for rinsing is obtained by mixing (A) a fatty acid ester of a polyglycerol as a principal ingredient, with (B) 1-30 wt.% gluconate. Concretely, the adjuvant is obtained by mixing the component A, e.g. a surfactant composed of a decaglycerol monocaprylate and diglycerol monocaprylate, with a prescribed amount of the component B of sodium gluconate, and adding propylene glycol and water to the obtained mixture. As the result, the component B forms a stable chelate compound with copper ion, and precisely and stably prevents the generation of green rust water in the rinsing step. |
