PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub capable of being easily produced, having deepness in the obtained granite-toned pattern and excellent in designability. SOLUTION: This patterned bathtub is produced as follows. Namely, a transparent thermoplastic-resin sheet is formed into the shape of a bathtub to obtain a bathtub shell, a transparent or transducent resin layer (b) (buffer resin layer) is formed on the rear of the shell, a grained gel coat (c) is formed on the buffer layer (b), and then a fiber-reinforced resin layer (d) is formed on the gel coat layer (c) and cured.
