PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-needle head making it possible to plant punching needles in a high density and enabling the exchange of the punching needle, when the punching needle is broken. SOLUTION: In a multi-needle block 20 constituting a multi-needle head 10 to be attached to the needle bar tip of a needling machine, a needling-fixing pedestal 21 is provided with needle-fixing vertical holes h into which the base portions of the punching needles N are inserted, and lateral screw holes H1 penetrated to the needle- fixing vertical holes h, h from the side surface 21b. The needling-fixing pedestal 21 further has buried screws S1 and final end screws S2 . Each of the buried screws S1 is threadedly inserted from the side surface 21b into the lateral screw hole H1 to contact with the base portions of the adjacent punching needles N and N inserted into the needle-fixing vertical holes h, h at deep positions from the side surface 21b between the base portions. Each of the final end screws S2 is threadedly inserted from the side surface 21b into the lateral screw hole H1 on the side near from the side surface 21b to contact with the base portion of the punching needle N. Thereby, the total space of the screw holes H1 to be formed in the pedestal 21 can be reduced, and at the rate, the strength of the pedestal or the planted density of the punching needles can be enhanced. When a punching needle is broken, etc., the punching needle can be exchanged. |
