PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an antiblocking agent for rubber suitable for the use in vulcanized rubber having a weld part without lowering the strength of the weld part by adding an aqueous latex of a specific acrylic rubber to an aqueous dispersion of a silicone resin. SOLUTION: The objective agent is produced by adding (A) an aqueous latex of an acrylic rubber having a polystyrene-reduced volume-average molecular weight of the acrylic rubber component of >=10,000, preferably 50,000-3,000,000 and a particle diameter of <=50μm, preferably <=10μm to (B) an aqueous dispersion of a silicone resin. The component B is a liquid produced by dispersing a silicone resin containing silicone oil in an aqueous medium using a weakly anionic surfactant. The component A is e.g. a polymer produced by the emulsion polymerization of at least one kind of monomer selected from alkyl (meth)acrylates and alkoxy (meth)acrylates. The amount of the component A is preferably adjusted to give a solid content of the component A corresponding to 0.1-2 wt.% of the solid content of the component B.
