PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin sheet free from occurrence of color streak, etc. in production, having metallic tone with good appearance and suitably used as a marking sheet out of doors, etc., by constituting the resin sheet of a vinyl chloride-based resin, a plasticizer and specific powder. SOLUTION: This resin sheet is obtained by subjecting a composition comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin, (B) 10-50 pts.wt., preferably 20-45 pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g. epoxidized soybean oil) and (C) 2-40 pts.wt. aluminum powder coated with an acrylic resin and having 5-60μm, preferably 5-40μm, more preferably 5-30μm average particle diameter and (D) as necessary, ultraviolet light absorbent, heat stabilizer, filler, coloring agent, etc. to casting or calendering. The resin sheet has preferably 50-100μm thickness. In the component C, the thickness of acrylic resin for applying aluminum powder is preferably 0.1-1μm.
