<p>FIELD: machine engineering, namely equipment for heat treatment of rolls of rolling mills, constructional members of that equipment. SUBSTANCE: aggregate includes housing in bottom of which gas burners are arranged. In housing there are: mechanism for rotating roll with drive unit and spindle, carriage with drive unit and tailstock with center. Annular inductor to which power is supplied from generator and sprayer having at least two mutually insulated working chambers are mounted in carriage. Working chamber placed nearer to inductor is provided with inlet for circulating water joined by means of pump with water header. Working chamber of sprayer spaced from inductor has inlet joined to pipeline for supplying process water through pump and cock. Water header has basin for collecting water and pressurized water basin joined with first basin by means of water duct provided with magnetic filter. Level of walls of second basin is higher than overflow level by 5-10 cm. Sprayer includes hollow casing in the form of body of revolution having inner cavity divided by means of radial partitions at least by two mutually insulated working chambers. Inner wall of casing is stepped one and it has diametrical section in the form of rectangular zigzag. Outlet openings are inclined relative to lengthwise axis of casing, gravity centers of those openings are spaced by equal distance from lengthwise axis of casing. EFFECT: reduced time and energy consumption for heat treatment process, enhanced quality, high stability of heat treated rolls due to stabilizing cooling modes. 12 cl, 8 dwg</p> |
