<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain speeding-up for making an oblong hole into a thin metal plate whose plate length is long compared with the plate thickness and plate width. SOLUTION: A thin metal plate 2 is continuously fed so as to advance in the direction of the plate length into a meshing part between a roller shaped upper die 3 which has a cutter roller 18 held with two press rollers 16, 17 so that the outer peripheral part of the cutter roller 18 protrudes outside more than the outer peripheral surface of two press rollers 16, 17 and a roller shaped lower die 4 which has a recessed shaped part 34 meshed with the outer peripheral part of the cutter roller 18 between two cutter rollers 29, 31. And a slide cutter 32 is fit into a notched part 21 partially provided in the cutter roller 18, and moreover the cutter roller 18 is meshed with the cutter rollers 29, 31. Thereby, an oblong hole 7 in the direction of the plate length wherein the hole length is extremely long to the plate thickness is made into the thin metal plate 2 passing through the meshed part.</p> |
