The piezoelectric transformer element (11) is fixed to the circuit board (27) with fixing members (33, 35) and/or support members (37, 39, 41) composed of flexible elastic material interposed between the piezoelectric transformer element (11) and the circuit board (27) so as to comprise at least nodes (29, 31) and other parts of the vibrations of the piezoelectric transformer element (11).
