FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes analogs of Δ12,13-isotaxol of the formula (I) Δ where values and X1 R1-R8 are given in p. 1 of the invention claim. Compounds of the formula (I) are useful for treatment of patients with cancer diseases involving human ovary cancer, breast cancer, malignant melanoma, lung cancer, rectum bowel cancer, head and neck cancer and leukosis where taxol shows the high effectiveness. Invention describes also intermediate compounds, a method of synthesis of intermediate compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I).
