A hand-held marker for dabbing ink on paper. The marker has an elongated housing extending from a first end to a second end. The first end is preferably an openable fluid-tight cap and said second end is a soft fluid-transmitting surface for dabbing ink on paper. The housing has an interior cavity extending from the cap to the fluid-transmitting surface. The housing has a hand-gripping surface that is deformable. The marker is particularly intended for use at bingo games.
