The invention concerns a confidential document, in different embodiments, comprising a blocked out zone wherein is located an antiadhesive zone whereon an transparent adhesive film is set for laser or ink jet printing. A strip is precut at the back of the document leaving ties with the rest of the document. The addressee reads the printed inscription on the film by clipping the precut strip. The invention also concerns a corresponding laser or ink jet printing method for making an inscription confidential, thereby preventing a third party from reading the confidential inscription which consists in providing one of the following features: a blocked out background, a screen with small dots on the background, the adhesive zone not at the document edge, the printing types of the confidential inscription are covered with ink or toner over less than 100 % of their surface, a method which provides evidence of any attempt at violating the confidentiality which consists in providing the following features: the precut strip has ties forming seals, security inscriptions are added over the antiadhesive zone periphery, by detaching the film from its paper support to read the confidential inscription the paper support is defibered. |
