Anti-wear inserts (10) for tubes to guide and draw metal wire, round pieces or rods, particularly for forming tubes (11) for rotary coil-forming heads, the inserts having an inner cavity (12) through which the metal wire passes and an outer surface coupling with the inner surface of the forming tubes (11), the anti-wear inserts (10) consisting of an annular body made of at least two coaxial elements solid with each other, a first outer annular element (14) made of very light metal with great coupling adaptability and a second inner annular element (15) made of hard metal with great resistance to wear from friction, the second inner annular element (15) defining the cavity (12) through which the metal wire passes.
