The extinguishing pulse handgun (1) comprises the gas chamber (4) connected with the firing chamber (3) by means of a movable nozzle (5), shifting in relation to a closing member (10) and controlled by the trigger mechanism. When closed, the nozzle (5) is pressed against the closing member (10) by the gas medium pressure fed under its flange (7a) via discharge channel (12), housing a release valve (13). When pulling the trigger (14), dynamic nozzle (5) rebound off the closing member (10) causes that the compressed air pulse from the gas chamber (4), heightened by the flow through the nozzle (5), enters the firing chamber (3), from where it is discharged in the direction of the fire in form of mist or dust.
