摘要

Fixation inhibitors for Helicobacter pylori which contain as the active ingredients sulfated polysaccharides. Because of being capable of specifically sterilizing H. pylori in the stomach, these substances are usable as efficacious and safe preventives and remedies for gastritis, gastric ulcer, etc. and as foods for preventing or relieving these diseases. The sterilizing effect can be further enhanced by using the sulfated polysaccharides together with gastric hydrochloric acid secretion inhibitors.
