The method involves reading each pixel into a buffer memory (12) at a first frequency. The pixel is read as a data word which contains additional information about a first and second colour, and a flash value. The data words are read from the buffer memory at a second frequency, and fed to a display controller (13). Here the first colour for a first pixel component of a graphical symbol is changed to the second colour, at the frequency of a clock source (10), and the pixels are converted into a video signal, for display on a screen. |
