Respective heating resistances (9) are fed with power dependent on compensation resistances mounted in the same position on the basic element. A first heating resistance (4) is provided on the basic element (1), and for heating depending on the temperature of the fluid determined by the first temperature compensation resistance (6a) is acted on with power. A second heating resistance (5) is provided on the basic element, and for heating depending on the temp. of the fluid being measured by the second temp. compensation resistance (6b), is acted on with power. The first and second temperature resistance patterns (6a,6b) are designed in the same position on the basic element.
