A solenoid (10) responding to impact sensor (200) where the return knob (40) is in contact with extension (32) during inactive state of solenoid. The knob is disconnected from extension during active state allowing knob to rotate to second site by spring (70) acting on a pivot bar (80), thereby cutting off power supplied via terminals (50,52). It is fitted on to the upper surface of the battery.
