The manufacturing method uses an electrophotographic technique in which a charged ceramic powder is used for forming a ceramic layer on a latent image structure, before transfer to a carrier element and fixing, with subsequent formation of an electrode structure using a charged elecrode powder and formation of a second cermic layer. The obtained laminated structure is subjected to a sintering process.
