Method to determine angular positions of vehicle wheels

The method involves attaching independent gyroscope sensors to each wheel of a vehicle and using them simultaneously to measure the angular position of the wheels relative to a reference point. An Independent claim is made for a device for carrying out the above process. There is a gyroscope sensors (1-4) for each wheel and a reference sensor (5). A device (6) is provided for simultaneous stabilizing of each of the gyroscopes, a device (7) is provided for initiating the simultaneous measurement of the radial position of each wheel relative to the base position and a computer device (8) determines the position of each wheel relative to the reference or base position.
