A cap (23) installed on a container main body (22) correspondingly to a broken part for forming a pour-out port, comprising an annular base part (25) fixed to the container main body, a screw cap (27), and a retainer (26), having a tip part where an opening member for breaking out the broken part, a first threaded part screwed with the base part, and a second threaded part screwed with the screw cap in the direction reverse to the direction of being screwed with the first threaded part, wherein the screw cap and the retainer comprises a rotating control part allowing a relative rotation when a force larger than an allowable value is applied to them and a stopping means so as to stop the axial movement of the retainer after the retainer breaks out the broken part.
