A solid block (1), made from aluminum, wood or plastic, is stuck or screwed to a wall (5). The lower part of the block has a rear rebate (2). A solid rubber strip (3) is fixed in the rebate with adhesive (4). The semicircular section face of the strip just touches the wall and will grip documents which are placed against the wall and pushed upwards.
