At least one part of the cleaning unit is built into the processing unit (1). Preferred features: The distribution unit (2) includes nozzle(s). In the cutter tunnel (8) there are nozzle(s), at least one nozzle is located below the bowl. There is a guide ring with two or more nozzles under the bowl. A cover (10) closes off the working area of the cutters for cleaning. The unit is a mincer. It has nozzle(s) in its screw(s).
