Improvement of the electromagnetic characteristic of a circuit for vehicle micro-controller

The improvement involves using speed back-up of system to reduce electromagnetic characteristic. The system has a speed monitoring system (VME) to monitor the data lines (D0-D7) and is coupled to the data lines to provide transmission speed input to the processor. The processor uses the information to provide data modulation. An Independent claim is included for circuitry and for speedometer unit.
