A hair heater, wherein a bottom-opened hood is formed by curving a laminate comprising a reflection layer provided on the outer surface of a platy insulating material, a film pasted on the inner surface of the insulating material and a planar heater pasted on the inner side of the film, and a power source circuit is electrically connected to the planar heater.
