<p>The oven door comprises an interior chamber (13) that receives a flux of air via a conduit (31) from a ventilator (33). A breather channel (32) communicates with the exterior ambient air via an aperture (17). This allows cooler air to be drawn into the breather by the ventilator and acts as a vent for the warmer air leaving the door cavity.</p> |
