PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate the durability of a screw blade and increase the durability of a screw extruder by equipping the screw blade with a recessed part retreated in the feed direction of a treating material on a blade front side and a peripheral side, and a blade front side abrasion resistant tip, which is fit in the recessed part, arranged along a spiral of the screw blade, and fixed to the screw blade body. SOLUTION: An abrasion resistant tip 9b2 is installed on a forwarding side plate face of a surface of a screw blade shaft part 9a1 and a screw blade 9b, namely a blade surface 9b3 for forwarding the treating material. The tip 9b2 is stuck out byδto the outer side from the periphery of the body 9b1 on the peripheral side. A peripheral side abrasion resistant tip 9b5 is installed on a back side of the chip 9b2 so that the peripheral side becomes one part of a circle with a screw shaft as a center. The tip 9b2 and the tip 9b5 are composed of the sintered superhard alloy material or a double boride based corrosion resistant material.
