PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform the weight shift easily to take a natural position. SOLUTION: The binding device is provided with the base plate 2 which sets the side part 4 next to the base plate part 3 where the boots are put on the top and is mounted on the snowboard with a holding plate that is fitted into the mounting hole 8 which is drilled on the base plate part 3. Then the top face of part of back end 3a on the base plate part 3 is the slant face 3b which is inclined upward toward the back end 3a.
