PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which has large effective area and is excellent in breakdown voltage characteristics. SOLUTION: At least a part of a power accumulation part 3 accumulating the power from a plurality of solar battery cells 2 is arranged in an area of an attaching part of a frame 7. A retaining surface 7A' on the side facing the power accumulation part 3 out of a retaining surface 7A of the frame member 7 is arranged at a position inside the power accumulation part 3. In the above constitution, since the power accumulation part 3 which does not contribute to photovoltaic power is arranged in the area of the attaching part of the frame 7, an effective area part to an area of the whole module i.e., the area ratio of solar battery cell parts can be increased, the module efficiency per unit area can be improved. That is, in the case of solar battery modules having the same area, a solar battery module which has an output higher than the conventional one can be provided. |
