PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the installation work of a disaster preventive sheet, while preventing the heating of a cable and reducing the influence on an allowable current of the cable, by making the sheet in such a structure that a fireproof heat insulation layer which has a characteristic heat resistance within a specified range is formed on a metallic base material via an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: A disaster preventive sheet is made by forming a fireproof heat insulation layer 3 on a metallic base material 1 via an adhesive layer 2. As for the base material 1, a stainless sheet or an iron plate or the like plated on its surface with zinc or the like is used. For the adhesive layer, a chloroprene rubber adhesive, an olefin adhesive, an acrylic adhesive or the like is used. For the heat insulation layer 3, carbon fiber is combined with aramid fiber, fire-resistant rayon, and heat-resistance acrylic fiber. A characteristic heat resistance of the heat insulation layer 3 is set to 500-2500 deg.C.cm/W. Due to this structure, the sheet can be installed easily and quickly, even on a cable pipe laid along a bridge. Furthermore, the sheet does not disturb radiation from a cable of normal times, and there is no effect on an allowable current of the cable.
|
