Therefore, because tangent force F1 that the brake shoes 6, 7 receive from a braking body is received by a braking force undertaking bracket 8 and is not transmitted to the planar body 2 and the guide rods 4, the planar body 2 and the guide rods 4 and the like can be miniaturized and be made light in weight.</p>
