<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cell read scheduler that is used for reading cells in the case that a packet unit read connection and a cell unit read connection are intermingled and assigns frequency bands impartially. SOLUTION: The cell read scheduler is provided with a read cell instruction means 2, a discrimination means 6, a packet presence retrieval means 5, a cell presence retrieval means 4, and a read sequence information storage means 3, and when the read cell instruction means 2 warrants read of number of cells equivalent to a minimum warrant band of each connection when a read means designates cells read from a cell storage circuit 1 in the unit of packets. Furthermore, the read cell instruction means 2 warrants read of number of cells equivalent to a minimum warrant band of each connection even when cells read by the read means include a cell of a form from which the packet presence retrieval means 5 cannot recognize a packet.</p> |
