PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a rotary shaft and a pulley by deforming an annular projecting part of the pulley force-fitted into the rotary shaft in a center direction and abutting the projecting part on a force-fitting tip surface of the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: In a pulley 20 made of a resin material, a force-fitting hole 21 force-fitting into a rotary shaft 15 and an annular projecting part 22 to extend along an inside diameter of the force-fitting hole 21 are formed. When the pulley 20 is fixed to the rotary shaft 15, a horizontal state is held so that the annular projecting part 22 of the pulley 20 may face down. The rotary shaft 15 is made to coincide with the center of the force-fitting hole 21 of the pulley 20 and is pressed in the arrow lower direction, and a tip surface 16 of the rotary shaft 15 is force-fitted into substantially the same location as a flange lower surface 24 of the pulley 20. Next, the annular projecting part 22 is bent so as to be restricted from an outer peripheral direction to a center direction. At this time, when the annular projecting part 22 is bent in a state that the part 22 is heated, the projecting part 22 can be assembled with the tip surface 16 of the rotary shaft 15 with an excellent degree of contact. |
