PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level received power by leveling the fluctuations in the load on private power generation equipment, which performs power supply in linkage with a power system. SOLUTION: A flywheel generator-motor 14 is connected to the receiving point of private power generation equipment via a variable-voltage, variable- frequency power supply 11. Load power is detected at a transducer 21, and a power reverse phase corresponding to fluctuations in the load power is set at a set value calculating portion 22. The power of the generator-motor 14 is detected at a transducer 25, and the speed of the generator-motor 14 is controlled through a power controller 26, a speed controller 28, a current controller 29, and the variable-voltage, variable-frequency power supply 11 so that the power deviation is eliminated. If the load power is lowered abruptly, the generator-motor 14 absorbs power and functions as a motor to level fluctuation in load from the viewpoint of the receiving point. If the load power is increased abruptly, the generator-motor 14 functions as a generator to level fluctuations in load from the receiving point. Since the fluctuations in load are leveled, the received power is also leveled. |
