PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness in the case of acquiring information with respect to a management object system by a management device. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a signal denoting a request of transmission of information relating to management object systems SYS1, SYS2, SYS3 from a management device 30, a monitor controller 20 sends dynamic information among various information sets of the management object systems SYS1, SYS2, SYS3 to the management device 30. The management device 30 stores static information that is fixed information among various information sets of the management object systems SYS1, SYS2, SYS3 to a database in advance and acquires the information relating to the management object system based on the acquired dynamic information and the static information.
