<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing method for openings in sub-ducts which provides waterproofing capability which is stable at the tightening portion of a waterproofing device for a sub-duct. SOLUTION: A metal tube is installed on the tightening portion of a waterproofing device for openings in sub-ducts. By installing at the tightening portion of the waterproofing device for duct opening the metal tube 5 virtually free of degradation in function due to change in temperature, in this way, the sub- duct 2 which is apt to be deformed at a high temperature is prevented from being deformed by the tightening portion of the waterproofing device for duct openings, and it is made possible to maintain desired waterproofing capability at the tightening portion of the waterproofing device for duct openings in the sub-duct 2. It is advisable to connect the metal tube 5 to the sub-duct 2 and make the metal tube 5 penetrate the tightening portion of the waterproofing device for duct openings. In consideration of weather resistance, it is preferable that the metal tube 5 be formed of stainless steel or brass.</p> |
