<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose having an interlock profile which can reduce noise generation, keep mobility, and reduce processing failure. SOLUTION: A hose having an interlock profile is particularly adapted to a vehicular exhaust system. At least one metal strip previously formed to an S character made of a single or plural layers are spirally wound while edges of the adjacent winding portions of the metal strip are located for interlocking legs of the previously formed portion having S-shaped hook surface, and rims of the folded back portion, such a hose 1 having interlock profile has diametral emboss recessions 8a, 8b, 8c which make partially and directly contact folded back edges 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b of the adjacent interlocked each other.</p> |
