<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for operating and/or stopping a safety equipment for an automobile, and to prevent acquisition of authentication access information even when there is a noncontact question of an identification generator in the device. SOLUTION: The device operates and/or stops the safety equipment. A device incapable of obtaining an approval of access information regardless of a noncontact question of an identification generator has a device for broadening a frequency band belonging to a transmitter 1, the band width of the carrier frequency of a coding information item before the transmission of the coding information item is enlarged, the information item converted in this manner is received by a receiver 2, and original carrier frequency is restored in a device for narrowing the frequency band belonging to the receiver 2 before the comparison of the information item.</p> |
