<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a load including the factor of fire before an outbreak of fire by combining an infrared ray camera, an image processing unit, a conveyor switching means, an examination conveyor, a reject conveyor and a carrying-in conveyor, and detecting the brightness on an image as an abnormal temperature when it is over a predetermined value. SOLUTION: When a load 1a to be examined, is loaded on an examination conveyor 2a from a fork lift 14, the almost whole surface of the load 1a enters into the field of view of an infrared ray camera 26, and the radiated infrared ray can be received. On this occasion, when a high temperature article such as a cigarette or the like is included in the load 1a, the brightness of an infrared ray image signal output to an image processing unit 27 is over the predetermined brightness, whereby an examination result signal indicating the existence of abnormality is output to a controller. A warning device 7 is operated by the controller 7 to inform the abnormality to an operator 14, and a conveyor switching device 28 is switched to load the load 1b on a reject conveyor 2b to return the same. Whereby the load including the factor of fire can be processed before the outbreak of fire.</p> |
