PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the correspondence of the radio system to asynchronous network such as an ATM(asynchronous transfer mode) by eliminating the need for taking synchronization between a mobile station and a base station connection device. SOLUTION: A base station 200 sends a time stamp generated by a time stamp transmission section 350 of a base station connection device 300 to a mobile station 100, a time stamp processing section 130 of the mobile station 100 sends the time stamp to the base station 200 in a loopback way. Then the base station 200 generates a write address to a reception memory 215 based on the time stamp information received by a time stamp processing section 230 and in the case of hand-over, a connection destination base station receives the time stamp to recognize a transmission position of communication information from the base station connecting device 300 to the mobile station 100. |
