PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, bendable, and durable cushion body and its manufacture. SOLUTION: The cushion body 1A is formed with a unit material 111 and after laminating the web which contains low-melting polyester fiber in high- melting polyester fiber, then it is heated and joined, the cured web is cut with designated thickness to be the unit material 111. And the unit material 111 sets the laminating direction of each polyester fiber on the top and bottom face direction of the cushion body 1A. The cushion body 1A has a good solidity against the force from the top and the bottom sides and it is durable. As it is weak for expansion and bending, the cushion body 1A is flexible. |
