PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a rotating position of an operative axis accurately without enlarging a diameter of a rotor and obtain a desired resolution ability concerning to the discrimination of the rotating position, furthermore, be able to enhance the resolution ability easily after the input device is composed so as to have a particular resolution ability. SOLUTION: An input device A has an operative axis 1, a rotor R1 and a plurality of signal output means S1. The operative axis 1 is disposed at a base so as to rotate around the central shaft line. The rotor R1 is formed so as to rotate with being united with the operative axis 1 and has a same number of detective parts and un-detective parts at its periphery respectively. The rotor R1 differs mutually in the number of the detective parts D1. The signal output means S1 is disposed corresponding to the rotor R1 and outputs binary signals by detecting the detective part D1. |
