PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch packaging resin film excellent in transparency and glass and also excellent in packaging aptitude such as flexibility, deformation recovery properties or the like. SOLUTION: A stretch packaging film consists of an A-layer and B-layer and the A-layer comprises a resin compsn. layer of an ethylene/4-8Cα-olefin copolymer with a density of 0.910-0.935 g/cm<3> or a straight chain ethylene/4-8Cα-olefinic copolymer with a density of 0.860-0.908 g/cm<3> and a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer having physical properties wherein (1) MFR is 0.5-20 g/10 min., (2) melt peak temp. [Tm] is 100-145 deg.C, (3)α-olefin component content [I] (mol.%) is within a range represented by formula 140-[Tm]}/10.2<=[E]<= 160-[Tm]}/2.6 and 0<[E], (4) extraction quantity measured by temp. rising ellution fractuation(TREF) is 20 wt.% or less at 40 deg.C or lower, 5 wt.% or less at 50V or lower and 20 wt.% or less at 60 deg.C or lower and (5) a Q-value is set to 1.0-4.0. The B-layer comprises a copolymer of ethylene and a monomer selected from vinyl acetate, an aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid and alkyl aliphatic unsaturated monocarboxylate.
