PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for successively extruding and forming fish paste by which the fish paste can be successively formed into arbitrary shapes while avoiding the use of a forming mold and adopting a successive extrusion molding. SOLUTION: This apparatus for successively extruding and forming fish paste has a forming shatter device 3 installed in a raw material-discharging opening 20 of a discharging amount-changeable pump 2, and a controller 4 for controlling the movement of the forming shatter device 3 and the discharging amount-changeable pump 3. The forming shatter device 3 is formed so that the opening shape of overlapping opening parts of both forming holes formed in two shatter plates 30 may be changed according to the sliding of the shatter plates 30, and the controller 4 has a shatter-controlling part 40 for sliding the shatter plates 30 stepwise so that the opening shape of the overlapped opening parts may agree the cross section shape on each subdivided line obtained by subdividing a plane shape of the fish paste to be formed at a constant interval, and a pump-controlling part 41 for controlling the discharging amount of the discharging amount-changeable pump 3 so that the extruding rate may be constant so as to correspond to the increase and decrease of the amount of the opening area of the overlapping opening part. |
