PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector checking member capable of surely checking the connecting state of a connector and remaining in the connector in the failure of connection. SOLUTION: This connector checking member comprises a C-shaped section 51 capable of broadening its diameter due to the elastic deformation externally held from the orthogonal direction of a shaft to the external peripheral face of the housing of a male member, a pair of lockingly protruded sections 52 and 52 integrally protruded inward from both ends of the C-shaped section 51, an inclined motion restraining section 57 extending in the direction (the axial direction of the male member) of the shaft on which the C-shaped section 57 is held, and a ring-shaped handle section 53 extending symmetrically with the C-shaped section 51 through the bent section 55 erected in an L-shape to the axial direction from the inclined motion restricting section 57, and when the male member is inserted into the C-shaped section 51, the C-shaped section 51 is broadened but is still locked to the housing and is removed from the housing by pulling the handle section 53 in the orthogonal direction to the shaft. The bent section 55 mitigates the tension force to the handle section 53 to the C-shaped section 51 and avoid the inclined motion of the C-shaped section 51 when the handle section 53 is pulled obliquely. |
