PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let the congelation portions in an egg solution appear to be handmade when processed goods of eggs contain thin film-like congelation of an egg. SOLUTION: When processed goods of eggs contain congelation of an egg, the congelation contains (pref. >=70 wt.%) thin film-like one having the area of 5-300 mm<2> , the thickness of <=2 mm and yellow color. On this occasion, the thin film-like congelation of an egg is dispersed in a sauce. |
