PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and efficiently connect the base materials to each other by placing a resin adhesive agent between the sheet base materials to temporarily connecting them, stopping the temporarily connected part in a hot pressor, and connecting the sheet base materials in a state that a conveying speed at a downstream side of the sheet base material is made constant. SOLUTION: A leading sheet base material 4 during the processing, is conveyed through a hot pressor 1. A tail end part of the leading sheet base material 4 and a leading part of a trailing sheet base material 6 to be processed, are overlapped through a resin adhesive layer 5 before they are passed through the hot pressor 1 to be temporarily connected by an adhesive tape. To make a moving speed of the sheet material 4 constant during the processing, an accumulator 3 is operated. The hot pressor 1 is operated, so that the tail part of the sheet base material 4 and the leading part of the sheet base material 6 holding the resin adhesive layer 5 therebetween are thermally pressed. Then the connected part of the sheet base material 4 and the sheet base material 6 is moved toward the accumulator 3. |
