<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely and easily remove foreign matters such as dead leaves, earth and sand, etc., getting into the inside of a rain gutter by operating a cleaning device on the ground. SOLUTION: A rain gutter cleaning device is constituted of the rain gutter cleaning device for cleaning the inside of a rain gutter and the rain gutter having a structure corresponding to the rain gutter cleaning device. Then, the rain gutter cleaning device is equipped with a brush 11 slidable in the longitudinal direction inside the rain gutter 1 in order to push out foreign matters to remove them from one end or the other end of the rain gutter 1 and a string 12 for hauling the brush 11 along the longitudinal direction of the rain gutter 1. The rain gutter 1 has a hollow section (in-groove channel) 3 to the inside bottom of a longer rain gutter main body 2, and it is so formed that the foreign matters such as dead leaves, earth and sand, etc., can be collected to the hollow section 3.
