PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correcting device and a blur corrected camera capable of miniaturizing the whole of a device. SOLUTION: A blur correcting lens 5 is held by a lens frame 50. Movable plate parts 80y and 81y made of high dielectric constant materials are attached to the outer periphery of the lens frame 50. The movable plate parts 80y and 81y are arranged between electrodes 60y, 61y and 90y, 91y. A capacitance sensor 9 is provided with a capacitor consisting of the movable plate parts 80y and 81y and the electrodes 60y, 61y, 90y and 91y. When the movable plate parts 80y and 81y are moved in a state where they are integrated to the blur correcting lens 5, between the electrodes 60y, 61y and 90y, 91y, the capacitance of the capacitor is changed. The capacitance sensor 9 detects the position of the blur correcting lens 5, based on the change in capacitance. |
